WhatsApp Now Lets You Use Stickers!

Look who has joined the Sticker playing field with the likes of LINE, Kakaotalk and WeChat!

Whatsapp, the most popular messaging app in Malaysia, has recently introduced stickers on its messaging platform--about time, I'd have to say.

The messaging app made the announcement on its blog on 27 October 2018, leaving tons of Whatsapp users excited. These stickers will be made available to iOS and Android users in the coming weeks.

For those who simply cannot wait and would love to have them immediately, all you have to do is update your version of Whatsapp to the 2.18.329 version for Android and the 2.18.100 version for iOS.

These colourful, whimsical stickers range from a quirky cup of coffee named Cuppy, to an excitable Shiba Inu wanting to be loved, to adorable illustrations of bibimbaps.

That's not all, though. Whatsapp has also said that a third-party sticker support has been added to the app, which means designers and developers can create their own stickers too! Woohoo!

I don't know about you, but I've already updated my version of WhatsApp. So worth it.

The stickers can be accessed by tapping on the newly added Sticker button in the app.
