Tony Fernandes Announces That BTS Is Coming to KL
Attention, Malaysian ARMYs! Hold on to your hats because boy, do we have news for you. Just yesterday, the CEO of AirAsia, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes, posted an exciting announcement on his Instagram account.
The announcement in question accompanies a photograph of Tony posing with a young BTS fan named Yuna from Seoul, South Korea.
The caption in the post reads as follows:
With my @bts.bighitofficialbag and a fan of @officialqpr. Yuna is super happy after QPR’s big win. BTS coming soon to @stadiummalaysia_official
This announcement follows a video of Tan Sri Tony Fernandes speaking at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), where he said he would be bringing the world-famous K-pop band to Malaysia.
As you can imagine, Malaysian ARMYs are positively bouncing around with glee at the possibility that BTS is coming over!
At the moment, there is no confirmation as to what BTS would be coming over for if they do.
Many are hoping that they'd be coming over to Malaysia as a part of their world tour. Thus far, Asian countries such as Japan, Thailand and Singapore have been listed as their stops for next year. Malaysia, however, is not listed.
Well, just in case they do come over, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for it! You never know, and those BTS concert tickets sell out quickly!
