No Extra Washing Required 1. Yoghurt & Fruits

Why don't you try some yogurt and fruits! The tangy yogurt is packed with protein and stave off the hunger pangs, and you can change it up depending on what fruit you prefer, or whatever fruit is in season. If you're in a hurry, you can just throw some berries in a pot of yogurt. Nuts and coconut flakes can be added for that extra crunch too!

2. Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Otherwise, store bought sliced cheese would go great with cherry tomatoes - or don't bother slicing the cherry tomatoes and just pop them in after a rinse, it works too! And there you have it! Healthy and easy snacks to help you combat your hunger pangs in between meals. So the next time you feel hungry, instead of reaching for that bag of chips, remember these snacks and whip them up in a couple of minutes. A helpful tip would be to keep the fresh fruits and veges in your fridge (be it office or at home), so its more convenient for you to whip these up, without excuses. We hope these healthy but yummy crunch will help you get through the day!
