We have heard it all too often – how important is breakfast as the first meal to set your day right.

All you need to do is to toast your favourite bread (we recommend wholemeal bread over white bread for the extra fibre), spread some nut butter of your choice and you are all set.

If you are feeling fancy, you can top your nut butter toast with some sliced bananas or berries, and sprinkle some chia seeds to make it a supercharged breakfast.

If you don't even have time to munch on your breakfast, this smoothie would be a great alternative to your coffee.


The best thing about it is you can prepare it the night before, pour it in your tumbler, keep it in the fridge and just grab it the next morning.


Not only it is healthy, but it would also make your commute much more enjoyable.

To make one, use Greek yoghurt, coconut milk or even nut butter as a protein-filled base. Add your preferred fruits, vegetable, oatmeal, chia seeds and other superfoods that would make it filling and packed with the energy you need.

Here is another straightforward recipe you can prepare in advance and keep refrigerated. 

Simply prepare your egg salad with hard-boiled eggs, and you can swap mayonnaise for a homemade option with pasteurized eggs, or you can use Greek yoghurt or sour cream as healthier alternatives. Add on avocado for some healthy fats or any other options you fancy to keep you full till lunchtime.
